25 Black Friday Fitness Deals You’re Going To Want After Stuffing Your Face on Thanksgiving

If you are like me, you may overindulge a bit during the holidays. (I already did with Halloween candy... oops!) More specifically, Thanksgiving dinner is filled with all the yummy side dishes that add up to one giant pile of flavorful foods and multiple meals' worth of calories. If this is relatable, I for one won't shame you! We all have setbacks and are finding the balance of enjoying the little things in life, enjoying holiday festivities without guilt, and not overdoing it.

Something to help balance out all the eating is a great workout routine. For those who like to have or want to build a home gym of sorts – even a stationary bike in the corner of your living room counts –Black Friday is the time to make that investment. Upgrading a set of dumbbells, finally getting a new yoga mat, or taking the plunge and getting a piece of equipment like a treadmill, an under-desk elliptical, or a rowing machine, it all can help us kick our butts into gear. In addition to actual workout gear, I also rounded up some fitness accessories and things you may need for support to make everything more breezy, including this nice little Theragun for post-workout cooldown and stress relief.

Save $250 November 28-30 with the code BLACKFRIDAY

For a premium standing bike option in addition to Peloton, there's a deal right now on Carol Bike. The brand claims to deliver the same results as a 45-minute run in just five minutes. Pretty intriguing, even with its higher price tag. The deal on this stationary bike only lasts until Saturday, November 30.

I personally own and use the Yosuda indoor cycling bike. I wanted to find one that was easy to build, simple to use (I didn't need a screen or an app), and tracked the absolute basic metrics I wanted. I've really enjoyed this bike and think it was a good value for the price!

Top Apple Watch Deals

As Chris Reed mentions in his roundup of best Black Friday Apple Deals, the Apple Watch is the best smartwatch for iOS users. If you don't have an Apple Watch, you want to upgrade, or you are gift shopping, we've got good news for you: All three Apple Watch models – the Apple Watch SE, the Apple Watch Series 10, and the Apple Watch Ultra – are all on sale right now at Amazon, Target, and Walmart.

Another highlight to share from Apple Watch discounts is that the Apple Watch SE 2 is down to only $149; this is the best price we've seen for a new watch from Apple. See all the Black Friday Apple Watch deals going on this week in one spot for even more.

Fitbit Deals

If you're not into Apple products and want an alternative fitness watch, Fitbits are some of the top Android smartwatches around. Our favorite is the Fitbit Charge 6, thanks to its slim, sleek design with loads of health tracking features, and a solid battery life.
