Even though the official day isn't until November 29, the Black Friday sale season has kicked off in style with several different retailers dropping early deals for shoppers to check out. According to price tracker camelcamelcamel this also marks its lowest price ever so there's no better time to scoop one up and treat yourself to a phone upgrade.

And if you're curious about which colors are on sale for the 256GB model, the good news is that two of them are. You can have your pick of the Peony or Wintergreen Pixel 9, which are both down to just $549. Unfortunately, the Porcelain and Obsidian models are sold out at the moment.
In our review of the Google Pixel 9, writer Mark Knapp said that the Pixel 9 has "some extra memory, a new ultra-wide sensor, and access to more AI capabilities that could make it worthwhile for some. Plus, the snazzy new look of the Pixel 9 isn’t a half-bad change itself."
Amazon isn't the only place offering some excellent early deals ahead of Black Friday. Walmart's already kicked off their first big Black Friday sale and it features a wide variety of discounts, from TVs to Pokémon TCG. There's plenty more to come over the next few weeks, too.
