Supreme Court upholds FDA decision to ban flavored vapes

The Supreme Court on Wednesday threw out an appeals court ruling that found the FDA unlawfully handled approval requests made by vape manufacturers. The FDA has rejected applications for more than a million nicotine products formulated to taste like fruit, dessert or candy. The agency has said flavored vapes pose a health risk because they could encourage young people to use tobacco.
