Tatsuki Fujimoto's 'Look Back' Anime Adaptation Is Now Streaming
The new anime movie based on Tatsuki Fujimoto's one-shot manga is now available to stream.
Tatsuki Fujimoto is best known for creating Chainsaw Man, the shonen manga (and anime) about eccentric Devils and Devil Hunters. The new anime movie "Look Back" adapts another one of Fujimoto's stories: A one-shot manga about two childhood friends and their struggles to achieve their dream of being manga artists. It's easily Fujimoto's most "normal" longform work. Look Back might not have Chainsaw Man's level of action, but it does have beautiful emotional beats, thanks to Fujimoto's incredible character writing and a dash of surrealism. The one-shot was nominated for an Eisner Award, and the movie adaptation currently holds a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
After a limited theatrical release in October, Look Back is now streaming. If you’re wondering where to watch Look Back online, check out the details below.
