Save $1,300 Off a Lenovo Legion 7 Intel Core i9 RTX 4070 Ti Super Gaming PC

Lenovo just dropped the price of its Lenovo Legion Tower 7i Gen 8 RTX 4070 Ti Super gaming PC to only $1,599.99 after coupon code: "CRAZYLEGION". This is an excellent price for a gaming PC that's powerful enough to run just about any game at high framerates even in 4K. It even comes with three months of Xbox Game Pass for PC. Check out our recent Lenovo Legion Tower 7i review for an in-depth overview.

Note: Originally I thought this was an air-cooled Legion 5 Tower. It is actually a liquid-cooled Legion 7 Tower with all the bells and whistles of the higher end model (like a bigger chassis, bigger power supply, liquid cooling, and more fans), so this deal is now even better than I had assumed it to be.

Lenovo Legion Tower 7i RTX 4070 Ti Super Gaming PC

The Lenovo Legion Tower 7i Gen 8 is equipped with an Intel Core i9-14900KF CPU, GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super GPU, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD. The unlocked 14th gen Intel Core i9-14900KF Raptor Lake "Refresh" CPU boasts a max Turbo clock of 6GHz with 24 cores, 32 threads, and a 36MB cache. This is one of the most powerful consumer CPUs on the market right now with a high clock speed for gaming and a ton of cores for multi-tasking.

The Legion Tower 7i is Lenovo's highest end gaming chassis and thus it's equipped with a robust 360mm all-in-one liquid cooling system (a very good thing because Intel Raptor Lake chips run hot). The chassis uses a traditional airflow configuration with three 120mm RGB fans up front as intake (this is where the radiator is also positioned), two 120mm RGB fans up top as exhaust, and a single 120mm RGB fan in the rear. The system is powered by an 850W power supply.

The GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super is about 10% more powerful than the RTX 4070 Ti and 15-25% faster than the RTX 4070 Super. This is a great card for both 1440p and 4K gaming and can even run new demanding titles like Black Myth: Wukong and Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2. The VRAM count is upped to 16GB compared to the RTX 4070 Ti's 12GB, which means it's a good option for AI apps like Stable Diffusion.

Why Choose Lenovo?

People like the fact that Lenovo does not use very many proprietary components in their rigs, so Legion gaming PCs are generally DIY upgrade-friendly with easily obtainable off-the-shelf components. Lenovo gaming rigs generally also utilize solid cooling, especially for the CPU, even if you opt for the less expensive air cooled option.
